December 10th the school held a cherry pie ’contest with Dottie Sisk as its winner.

January 9th accompanied by Mrs. Johnson,the F.H.A. went to Clarke County High School at Bciryvilje to participate in the state contest. Our contestent placed third in the statp, which is no small boner! 1 \

The F.F.A. and F.H-A. are going together for a Mother-Daughter- Father- Son Banquet on March 2nd. We want to make a supcess of this and we are willing to work. We urge every mother and father to attend and to help us make a whopping success of our banquet.

The F. H. A. Girls are planing to have an achievement day in April. Many exhibits will be there to prove to you what the F.H.A. has accomplished in the session of 1956—1957. See you then.
