A sincere word of thanks to you editors for keeping the citizens of ■ Rappahannock County abreast of the developments in public education in our county.

And a word of hearty thanks to all public-spirited, concerned citizens for the many efforts made in behalf of the realization of our dream of a new high school in Rappahannock County.

Thanks to Mr. Winfrey and Mr. Gasque for keeping our needs constantly before us to Mrs. Quaintance and Mr. Winfrey for for their unceasing help to the Parent-Teachers Council, to our Board , of Superisors for their prompt and far-sighted action at their meeting on February6th; to the Citizens- Committee on Schools for their throrough appraisal of our school and education needs and their excellent recommendations; to the Rev. Frizzell for his splendid leadership as president of our P. T. A. to our dirtrict representatives for their influence, and to the many citizens for their concern and encouragement.

Surely, with such a spirit of cooperation and interest in this mrtsr
