Fire Auxiliary Meets
The Auxiliary of the Amissville V. F. D. held its monthly, meeting on Tuesday night, Feb. 12 at 8:00 P. M. in the Fire Hall. Twenty members were present. The Meeting was called to order by the president, Mrs. Richie Colvin, the devotional Service was conducted by Mrs. C. A. Smith. Following the routine business, a rismg vote of thanks to Mrs. John Poe for hemming the new table cloths recently purchased by the Auxiliary. Plans were made to purchase a larger stove for the kitchen, and a comittee was appointed to make the purchase.
