Flint Hill News
A large number of Flint Hill people attended the 4-H dinner _ in Washington Saturday evening, among them were the Rev. and Mrs. A. D. Goodson, and Kim, Mr. and Mrs. Reed Nicholson, Mrs. Frank Cary, Mr; and Mrs. Paul Miller, Paula and Lewis, Mrs. Lewis Moore and Dorothy, Mrs. W. A. Moore and Charlotte, Mrs. M. R. Bradford, Mr. Bradford III, and Mrs. S. C. Coleman and Virginia Yates Bradford, Eddie and Maplyn and IyOretta Sutphin, Mrs. Ora and Terry, Ott Welch, Mrs. Cary and Mrs. Miller decorated the tables Friday evening, and Mrs. Wade Pullen, Mrs. Carson Lillard and Mrs. W. A. Gentry, 4. 'H leaders and Mrs. G. W. ;.Powers, home agent and Mrs. John Updike of Washington served the dinner. Loretta Sutphin * and Mars' Frances Pullen of the Flint Hill Night club observed, also.
Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Hawkins of -Arlington visited friends and relatives in town, Sunday and also visited Mr. James W. Lilian! in Warren^ Memorial hospital. Mr. Lillard is Mrs. Hawkins’ grandfather. Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Dodson of Staunton, who were •guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Gentry Sunday, were with the Hawkins when they visited Mr. Lillard.
