Harty J. Woodward
Harry Jennings Woodward of Sperryville, Va., died early Monday moaning, March 18th ar Winchester Memorial Hospital.' He was employed by the Blue Ridge Fruit Growers for a number of years.
Sixty years of age, he was from in Rappahannock County, son of Harry J. and Catherine Woodward of Rappahannock.
He was a member of the Sperryville Methodist Church.
Funeral serices were held there on Wednesday. March 20th at 2:00 p.m.. with his pastor the Rev. A. Anderson Good son conducting the services. Interment was in the Sperryville Cemetery.
He is survived bv his wife. Mrs. Virgnia Jenkins Woodward, and two ssters. Mrs. Charles Fant of Baltimore, Md., and Mrs. Luther Brown of Sperrvville.
The active pallbearers were. Dr. I. P. Snead. Roy Leake. Billy Kilby. C. F. Johnson. R. M. Varner. Lucio Kilbv. .Schee Schaefer, I.ee Thornton. The honorary pallbearers were J. B. Johnson. David Chapman, Sr., Henry Wood. Frank Atkins, Athev Brown. Tom Leake. Cecil Atkins, Mr. Rector Wilson Woodward and Kirrv Brown.
The Clore Funeral Home was in charge of the arranermenrs.
