Miss Paula Miller addressed the Home Demonstration club at Slate Mills Monday evening on, the subject, "What 4-H Means to Me". She is one of the members from Flint Hill 4-H Night club who is visiting Homemakers r-luhs during March to tell them about the work of 4.H in an effort to enlist more leaders and tell how the two groups can work together for better work in the community. Others who will speak are Elanor Atkins at Flint Hill, an<l Tean Dillard at Slate Mills. Senior 4-H members are invited to attend the annual dance given bv Madison county clubs Friday evening in the T^egion hall at Madison, Va. Carson Dillard came to his home from Warren Memorial Hospital. Sunday. His health is •mnroved. His Sunday guests were Mr. and Mrs. Aubrey Dillard aiuNaughter of Gainsville. Everett Tones of Banco. Weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Grimsley were Mrs. Margaret Compton and Mrs. Edna Winters of Front Royal. Mr. and Mrs. Dester Smith of Washington. D.C., spent the weekend at the house, Dutch Hill and accompanied Joan Hickerson to the 4-H dinner Saturday evening.
