of the candidate of the Democratic Party for the office of member of the House of Delegates of Virginia from the counties of Fauquier and Rappahannock, to be voted on in the general election to be held in said legislative district on November 5, 1957, shall be by direct primary method and that a primary for the nomination of-said Democratic candidate for said office shall be held on July 9, 1957, pursuant to the provisions of the State "Primary Laws and that all candidates for said office shall file their declaration of candidacy with James W. Fletcher, Chairman of the Democratic Legislative D i strict Committee for the counties of Fauquier and Rappahannock, at Sperryville, Virginia, at least 90 days before the said primary to be held on July 9, 1957, and that if not more than one candidate shall file for said position, he be declared the Democratic nom- * inee of the party for the House of Delegates from the aforesaid districts.
