The object of the above suit is to obtain a divorce from the bonds of matrimony from the defentant, Otha Harrison Williams, on the grounds of willful desertion and abandonment And it appearing by affidavit filed according to law that Otha Harrison Williams, the above named defendant, is not a resident of the State of Virginia, it is therefore ordered that the said Otha Harrison Williams do appear within ten days after due publication of this order, in the Clerk’s Offiice of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and do what is necessary to protect his interest in this suit. And it is further ordered that this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the RAPPAHANNOCK NEWS, a newspaper published in the Town of Washing- , ton, Rappahannock County, Virginia.
