Celebrates 100 Years
A congregation numbcrng over 100 gathered at Trinity Church, Washington on Thursday, May 30, to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the building of the Church and to take part in the dedication of the new Parish House. Ceremonies began at 11 :00 a.m. with The Holy Communion celebrated by The Rt. Rev. Frederick D.‘ Goodwin, Bishop of Virginia. The Ven. Samuel B. Chilton, Archdeacon of the Diocese of Virginia, preached the anniversary sermon in which he reminded the congregation that the primary function of the Church is to be a “house of
