Since it seetns unlikely that a new industry will ever come into the county, this is a way for the ladies to make extra money while staying at home. Mr. Merrill furnished the shop for the market. Members of the pricing committee were Mrs. Jessie Rowzie and Mrs. George Davis. Miss Nellie Johnson is secretary and treasurer. Recognition goes to Mrs. Morgan Johnston for designing the labels. She will send checks to the people who sold their merchandise. Thef market committee keeps ten per cent of the cost to defray expenses.
