FlXTRACT from a decree of the Circuit Court of said Count}’ entered in the ,nbove styled cause on the 8th day of July 1957:
Pn consideration whereof, the cause is referred to J. W. Price, Jr., pne of the Commissioners in Chancer}’ of this Court, who will inquire and report as follows: , FIRST: Who are the owners of the real property- of which Woodson Settle died seized and possessed, located near Viewtown. Rappahannock County, Virginia. containing 75.129 acres, fhore or less, and in what proportions.
SECOND: Whaf liens are against the property, their priorities. and bv whom held. V THIRD: What is the fee simple- amfeeannual value of the real property.
FOURTH: Whether the real property is susceptible of partition in kind amongst the owners in any of the modes prescribed by law; and if not —
FIFTH: Whether any one or mere of the owners are willing to take the whole and pay to the owners such sums of money as their interests may entitle them to; and if not —
