Two New Members
For Hescue Squad
State Trooper John L. Lowman and Richard Menefee were made members of the Washington Rescue Squad recently. In addition to first aid courses, members familiarize themselves with all the equipment of the ambulance.
The Squall is at full strength at this time with twelve members, but thev always like a “waiting list” and those interested in the work are urged to take First Aid courses and be ready when needed.

Person X-rayed
A reward is being offered to a resident in Rappahannock County on Thursday and on Friday. The prize will go to the oldest person each d?v eetting a free chest x-ray at theHealth Department unit.
The Front Roval-VVarren .Tuberculosis Association is offering, five silver dollars each day during the period August 15 through 25 when free chest x-rays are being offered.
The schedule is:
August 15—Sperryville, 0 a. m. to 12 Noon. Washington, 2 p. ■n. to 5 p.m.
August 16—Amissville. 9 a. n. to 12 Noon. Flint Hill. 2 p. n. to 6 pjn. '
