Mrs Bessie F. Riley, widow of Lloyd M Rtlcy of Amissville,died Sunday, October 5th at Royal Haven Nursing Home, Front Royal, Va. after a lingering illness. She had been a patient at the Royal Haven Nufsing Home for ‘ the past year, I Deceased 77 years of age was - the daughter of" the late William ~ Walker Riley and Mrs. Lavinia Heflin Riley of Rappahannock County, Virginia. ' /■, She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Moffett- Mills, of WarV renton, Mrs. Chriss Butler,Jr. of "Fairfax, Va., two sons, Walter M, Riley of Warrenton, Va. and Carlton Riley of ^missville, Va Four sisters, Mrs., John Poe of v Amissville, Va., Mrs. Clarenco t Smith, Amissville, Va-, Mrs. Joseph Johnson, Baltimore, Md. and Mrsi.»William Hopkins of Baltimore, Md. and five grandchildren.

Funeral Services were held.* Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 o’| clock from the Amissville Methodist Church with internet in ’ the church cemetery. Reverend^ " X C. Vaughan, jr. and Reverend Arthur Shelton conducted the last 1 rites
