Tlie parties ir, the above entitledcause will please take notice that on the 16th day of February, 1959, at 2:00 p.m., at my office in the \ Town of Washington, Virginia, I will commence the taking of the accounts directed by decree entered on the 4th day of October, 1958, in the above styled cause, an EXTRACT from said decree being as follows:
“It further appearing that this cause should be submitted to one of the Commissioners in Chancery of this Court, it is adjudged and ordered that James M. Settle, a commissioner in chancery of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, inquire and report as follows:
1. The real estate owned by Robert H. Wines, wheresoever located.
2. Any account of all delinquent taxes on said real estate and all other liens binding on said real estate, their amounts and the order of their priorities.
