Mr. aand Mrs. Billy Holmes and daughter of Remington were Sunday ‘dinner guests of Mrs. Ida Holmes. Mrs. Sarah Latham and daughters 'and Billy Payne were Sunday guests of Mrs. C. C. CockeriU in Herndon. Miss Susan Latham remained for a weeks visit with Mr. and Mrs. Herman Kephart and son Michael.
My3tery Farm
“Red Hill” the Mystery Farm last week is owned and operated by Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Eastham and is' located on route 729 near Ben Venue.
Mr. and Mre. Eastham, who have made Red Hill their home for the past 12 years have two children, William Guerrant, Jr. better known as “Dunnie”, age 10 and Lizzie Hamilton, age 8 years. The Easthame attend the Flint Hill Mcthdist Church.
There are 865 acres in the farm * 5 on which Mr. Eastham raises his , crops and does general farming. He has horses, cattle, sheep and hogs.
The farm was correctly identified first by C. J. Miller wh" will receive a subscription to the “News”. Others identifying the farm were Mrs. M. R. Bradford. Jr., James W. Fletcher, Mrs. Ollie’ Fincham, Mrs. William Printz, Miss Lucy Estes, P. A. Hughes, Davis Racer, Loretta Sutphin and Miss Addie Boyd.
