3. The rental value and the fee simple value of the real estate owned by Robert H. Wines, and whether the rents and profits therefrom will in five years satisfy the liens binding on same, if rented opt by a decree of the Court.
4. To ascertain and report •whether all parties in interest arc properly before the Court.
5. Whether the widow of the decedent is entitled to a dower interest in the decedent’s lands and if so, whether the dower can be assigned in kind, and whether the widow desires an assignment in kind of dower, inthe event it is determined that it can be assigned in kind.
6. To report all matters deemed pertinent by the said Master Commissioner, and such matters concerning which he is requested to report by any party in interest, if the same be pertinent to the issues in this cause.”
