Brown in Front Royal. Sunday afternoon Eld. Dailey and Eld.T. E. Major conducted the funeral services of Mrs. Lucretia Thompson in Front Royal. Miss Yatesy Schaefer had as her weekend guest her classmate at Warren ton High School, Miss Sue Haskins. Saturday afternoon they were accompanied to the movies in Front Royatl by Miss Judy Hawkins.

Brown returned to her home in Washington, D. C. Sunday.

Sgt Frank Atkins of Lawton, Okla. is spending a leave with his parents Mr. and Mrs. Frank E. Atkins before leaving for duty over seas.

Mrs. H. H. Aylor and granddaughter Stevie Aylor returned to Arlington Friday with Joe Henry Aylor and were week end guests of Mr. and Mrs .Thomas Cozzo.

Rev. and Mrs. Edward Nicholson and Mrs. Rodes Brown .were luncheon guests Thursday of Mr. and Mrs. Rodes Brown, Jr. in Charlottesville and they visited P. Lee Thornton who was a patient at University 'Hospital. Mr. Thornton returned to his home Saturday.
