Stockton Humphreys Scott of Viewtown, Virginia died suddenly at his home Sunday, March 8th.
He is survived by his father, William Scott of Viewtown, one son, Hamilton Scott of Warrenton, Va.; four sisters, Mrs. Cora Norman of Washington, D. C., Mrs. Edward Scott of Amissville, Mrs. Victoria Carder of Amissville, Va., and Mrs. William Norman of Front Royal, Va.; two brothers, Moffett Scott of Alexandria, Va., and Oliver Scott of Washington, D. C.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, March 10 at 4:00 p.m. from Amissville Baptist Church, with inteement in the church cemetery. Rev. John Hodge conducted the last rites. Services were by the Geest Funeral iHbme. Active pallbearers, nephews of the deceased, were Edward CarWoodrow Scott and Moffett der, Charles Scott, Edward Scott, Scott.
