A/2c Richard E. Griffith, son of Mrs. Elsie Griffith, arrived for a five-day leave last Wednesday. He has been in secyjce for the past 2 l/i years, during*"A'hich he served a year in Okinawa. While on leave heAisited Miss Carolyn Brown of Sperrwille, Mr. and Mrj. Edward Pawley, Mr. and Mrs. Will, Cloud. He was given a surprise picnic-swimming party by Mr. and Mrs. Murphv Reid. Other guests included Mrs. Elsie Griffith, and Mr. and Mrs. Pawley. Airman Griffith left Sunday afternoon for St. Albans, Vt. where he is nowstationed.
