son Billy spent Sunday in Timbervilla
Mrs. Sarah Latham and daughters were guests for the weekend of Mrs. Latham’s mother Mrs. C. C. Cockerill in Herndon. Saturday night they attended a birthday party in honor of Mrs. Cockerill, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Kephart. Sunday they were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. John Peck and son Dwight.
Mrs. Burrell Luttrell and her daughter Lisa left Friday for England where they will join Mr. Luttrell, whose position with Western Union will keep him there for two years.
Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Hackley and daughter Brenda, Mrs. Russell Hackley, Mrs. Jennie Smith, Mrs. Bertha Riley, Mrs. Nelson Corbin, Mrs. Hester Poe, Mrs. John Poe, Mrs. Ronnie Poe and children Debbie and Gary spent Thursday at Charlottesville and visited Monticello.
