Residents were happy to see scaffolding going up at the Rappahannock Library this week. Word ftoni the Ti us tees is that this is mcrelx to permit workmen to examine the build mg and particularly the roof, to see if any part of it can he sale aged. Water damage is the piimniy concern at the moir.ent and the Trustees are anxious to get a good roof on the building as soon as possible.
