The case of Leonard Pullen who sought pay tor damage done to his peach trees, from Jim Bo Smedley. whose livestock roaming around the countryside damaged, the trees »ro the Pullen orchard, was tried in court yesterday.

IXie tp the efforts of Commonwealth Attorney, George 'H. Davis, the case was settled by compromise. However, the case was continued generally, contingent upon Mr. Smedley confining his cows and keeping them from trespassing on other land owners.
