Virgious' Dabney, editor of The Richmond Times Dispatch, and Charles T. Vetter, Jr., lecturer for the professional training staff of the U.S. Information Agency, will be the top evening speakers for this year’s Institute of Rural Affairs at VPI, July 26-28.
Dabney, well known throughout the nation as a lecturer and Author, will speak Wednesday evening, July 27. Vetter, who since 1936 has been responsible for training in international communications to; the Agency, will speak Thursd y evening, July 28.

Washington Baptist Bible School Well Attended
Washington Baptist C h u rc h sponsored • a vacation Bible school July 4th-8th with an average daily attendance of 50. The school closed with a picnic on the church lawn.
