Sperryville Volunteer Fire Department will open their annual carnival on Taylor’s lot in Sperryville tonight and continue through Saturday. "Highligthing activities will be a parade with 98 units, Friday evening, beginning at 6:30 p. ,m. (EST). A plate supper will also be served Friday evening.
There will be games of all kinds and rides for all ages. The food stand will offer hot dogs and hamburgers, with hot coffee and cold drinks will be available.
The drawing for the grand prize, a Ford Falcon, will be held Saturday night. Join your friends at Taylor's lot on U.S. Route 211 tonight, Friday and .Saturday for good entertainment, food, and fun for all.
Donations of cakes and pies will be appreciated. Bring.them to the carnival grounds.
