Mr. and Mrs. Everette C. Feaganes of Culpeper announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Ruth, to Joseph Wingfield Thornhill, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. Thornhill of Boston. Miss Feaganes is a graduate of Culpeper High School and attended Madison College in Harrisonburg.
Mr. Thornhill has completed his service with the U.S. Army, part of which was overseas duty.
A fall wedding is planned.
