The Rappahannock County Teachers wish to thank the following organizations for the contributions they made toward the dental clinic: Scrabble PTA, Progressive Club of Amissville, Womens Club of First Raptist Church of Washington. These clubs helped the school to raise their quota of the money for the dental clinic.

All of the teachers of Rappahannock County will attend the Tenth District Meeting in Charlottesville on Friday, October 7.
The Scrabble PTA will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday night October 11. All parents are urged to be present.

The twelfth Annual Four County Agricultural Fair will be held at the George Washington Carver Regional High School on Friday and Saturday, October 7 - 8. We are anticipating a larger number of entries than were exhibited in 1959. The total entries entered in 1959 were 609.
The judging of all vegetable crops, field crops, elementary school exhibits and household products will be held on Friday afternoon, October 7, and the judging of poultry and livestock will be held Saturday, October 8. Cash premiums will be awarded all first and second place winners. Checks will be sent to the winners within ten days following the close of the fair.

When the National Convention of New Farmers of America convened in Atlanta, Ga. on Monday, October 3, three members of the O. R. Johnson NFA Chapter of the Carver High School were present as a representative part of the Virginia delegation. These members were chosen on the basis of
