Netus H. Brown
Netus Henry Brown, age 57, of Spcrryville, Va. died October 1 at his lrome after suffering a heart attack. He was a son of John Heniy I]rr>vv:i and the late Mrs. Frances W alker Brou n, natives of Culpeper County.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Viola Godson Brown, Sperryville; his father. John H. Brown of Culpeper; two daughters. Mrs. A1 Castaldi, Richmond and Mrs. A. L. Swindler. Omaha. Xeb.; two sons, Netus H. Brown of Spcrryville, Charles H. Brown, L. S. Army stationed in Germany; and a sister, Mrs. Marie B. Smith of Culpeper.
Also surviving are five half brothers. John D. am’ Ben i . Brown both of Arlington, \ a., Carroll H. Brown of Gaithersburg, Md. amd William P. and Raymond E. Brown both of Culpeper; live half sisters, Mrs. Otis T. Kiloy, Griffinsburg, Va., Mrs. T. E. Wood of Arlington. Mrs. George Gulas and Mrs. Claude W. Southard both of Culpeper, Mrs. Hugh M. Kinzer, Jr. of Charlottesville; and five grandchildren.
Graveside services were held on Tuesd-.-. October 4 at 1 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Culpeper, with Rev. H. E. NTicholson and Rev. William Jester conducting the last rites.
Pallbearers were Henry' Payne, Otis H. Burke, Tom Hensley, C B. Michael, Elmer Bowler, I.-. !e Miller, Jr., I.ee Swindler ant! J. R. I fevers.
