A few of the common- ei rors in filling out these questionnaires, and ' which may hold up the next pension check, are:
1. All items on the form not properly completed.
2. Items left Wank where the word NONE should be inserted.
3. Widows indicating they are married instead of widowed.
4. lack of supplemental statements to cover items such as “operation of a business,” “sale of property,”,- “Farm income," etc. ' 5. Signatures by X not properlywitnessed.
Careful preparation of the questionnaires can save a lot of headaches.

The Flint Hill Homemakers Club met with Mrs. Larry Welch Tuesday, January 17 with the following members present: Mrs. Frank Cary, Mrs. Barbara Gentry, Miss Anna Ruth Barnette, Mrs. Wade Pullen, Mrs. Mike Vest, Mrs. Lloyd Pullen, Miss Ruth Stevens, and Miv Paul Miller.
