AH those certain tracts or parcels of land in the village of Sperryville. Piedmont Magisterial District, Virginia, and being the same land conveyed to Robert A. Webb and Lizzie J. Webb by deed dated September 8, 1948, from Walter M. Jones et ux, and duly recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court iof Rappahannock County, Virginia, on October 25i 1948, in Deed Book 51, page 112, a reference to which is hereby made for a more complete and accurate description of the land hereby conveyed. This land is further described as that certain property lying on the old turnpike running between Sperryville and Washington, Virginia, and bounded by said turnpike on the west, by the lands of Walter Atkins on the east, of Luther Brown on the south, and J.
