NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 29-125 and 29-126 ocf the Code of Virginia, the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries, meeting at Richmond, Virginia, January 5, 1962, ordered' the proposed change in its rules and will hold a Public Hearing for the purpose of adopting this proposed rule at Room 100, 7 North Second Street, Richmond, Virginia, 9:30 a-m. on February 10, 1962. Amend Regulation 49 to read as follows: 49. Commii* ion-Own ad or Controlled Lake* and Ponds: Gasoline motors are prohibited except for Commission em1 ployees on official duty. Seining for minnows is prohibited. The hours for fishing shall be from one hour before sunrise to one hour after sunset. Open seasons, creel and size limits shall conform to the Statewide regulations unless otherwise excepted by posted notice displayed at each recognized entrance to the lake or pond.
