J. G. Russell has recovered from recent surgery and was able to return to school Tuesday.

The Reverend and Mrs. William A. Jester attended the Special Worship Service held at the First Methodist Church in Charlottesville, Virginia, Wednesday night, March 28th, at 7:40 P.M. Guest speaker for the evening was Dr. Norman Vincent Peale from New York City.

Robert L. Massie of Richmond was a weekend guest of his mother, Mrs. Frank Spalding and Mr. Spalding. D. \V. Kendrick of Front Royal was a dinner guest Saturday evening of the Spaldings.

Marvin Bradford, II'I returned to V.P.I. Sunday after spending several days with his parents here.

Mrs. J. P. Cook has returned home after spending three weeks in Richmond with Mrs. James H. Day. Weekend guests of Capt. and h^rs. Cook were Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Cook and two children of Hampton and Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Walker and family of Falls Church. Visiting the Cooks for several weeks is their daughter, Mrs. Jack Roberson and son Philip Ray of Hopkinsville, Ky.

Miss Louise Brady of Arlington spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. H. Brady.
