Robert L. Massie of Richmond was the weekend guest of his mother, Mrs. Franlk Spalding and Mr. Spalding. On Saturday he met an army acquaintance in Winchester and they attended the Antique Car Show there. Mr. and Mrs. Adren Dodson of Staunton were weekend guests of the W. A. Gentrys. Rev. and Mrs. William A. Jester were guests Saturday of the; Methodist Youth Fellowship of j Calvary Church in Arlington, for j a retreat at the home of Mrs. Cleo Louis near Sperryville. Mr. Jester gave a dedication Devotional and Administered the Elements of Holy Communion to the young people and the counselors at the close of the service. Rev. Forrest Oglesby is the minister of Calvary Methodist Church.
D. W. Kendrick of Front Royal was a Sunday dinner guest of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Spalding.
Mr. and Mrs. James Gaines left Monday for their home in Miami, Oklahoma after & visit with Mrs. Gaines brother, Rev. Warren Wilbur and Mrs. Wilbur. Rev. and Mrs. Wilbur, Mr. and Mrs. Gaines and Rev. and Mrs. Gareth Miller of Jeffereonton were supper guests of Mrs. L. J. Turner in Washington, Va. on Sunday.
