ivir. nnaerson was retired executive vice president of the National Bank of Manassas and former president of Marshall National Bank and Trust Company. He was a director of the Rappahannock National Bank at the time of his death.

He was a past president of the Virginia Bankers’ Association! and a member of the executive committee of the American Bankers’ Association.

He was a member of Aqca Temple Shrine, Richmond, and Blue Ridge Masonic Lodge in Manassas, where he was also active in the Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Stewart Trainham Anderson; a daughter, Mrs. Thomas G. Me Kee of Chilhowie; a son, P. Warren Anderson, Jr. of Timberville; four sisters, Misses Katie and Louise Anderson and Mrs. Daisy Caperton, all of Culpeper, Mrs. Laura Irvine of Newport News; one brother, Wilbur Anderson of Washington, D. C. A funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. (EDT) Thursday (today) at the Manassas Baptist Church with burial in Stonewall Memorial Gardens.
