BEING the same premises which Allen C. Byers and Mary M. Byers by deed dated June 8, 1959 and recorded in Rappahannock County Deed Book 70 page 217 granted and conveyed unto OLee Gray and Marian V. Gray. (2) Lot No. 28, Block No 5, Section E, on plat No. 5 of Blue Ridge Mountain Estates, said plat being recorded among the land records of Rappahannock County in Deed Book 69 page 94.
