“All that certain tract of land in the Village of Sperryville, Piedmont Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, lying on the South side of Virginia State Route #1001, and bounded on the North by said Highway, on the East by the lands fomerly owned by E. M. Schwartz, and on the South by the lands of Louise O’Bannon, and on the West by the lands of Frank Atkins and the Emanuel Episcopal Church.” , This is the same land acquired by Frankey 1, S. M/enefee (now deceased) as follows: a % interest by deed from Carroll Menefee, her husband, dated February 3, 1940, and recorded April 9, 1940, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 42, page 476; and the remaining Vz interest therein acquired by devise from Carroll Menefee by virtue of his will dated July 18, 1932, and admitted to probate and recorded on December 21, 1944, in the aforsaid Clerk’s Office in Will Book L, page 18. t*
