Four-point barbs are on approximately 5” centers with two strands of No. 12Vi gauge wire. Barbs are No. 14 gauge round wire, wrapped around both wires of the strand, interlocked, having one barb projecting through the strand. This lighter-weight two-point barbed wire has barbs spaced on 4” centers. Strands are two No. 14-gauge wires while barbs are 16 gauge round wire having two wraps on one wire in the strand It weighs approximately 52.5 lbs. to the 80-rod spool.
AMERICAN RANGER FOUR-POINT High tensile strength steel wire makes this barbed wire economical to use. No. 13 V2 gauge main strands reduce cost, yet retain high strength.
