Fashions to be Shown

In Washington, Va.

The Rappahannock Home Demonstration Committee will present a fashion show "Cavalcade of Cottons” this Tuesday evening, September 11. The show, featuring a make-it-yourself year round cotton wardrobe, will be held at 8 p.m. in the Washington School auditorium. The committee members issue this invitation to attend to ladies of Rappahannock and surrounding counties.

Sponsoring the fashion show are the National Cotton Council and McCalls Pattern Company. All garments, modeled by local homemakers, feature the latest in color and fabric finishes and will be of interest to all homemakers and teen-agers who sew. Following the fashion show, refreshments will be served.

We’ll be looking forward to seeing YOU at the Cavalcade of Cottons, 8 p.m., September 11, at Washington Elementary School.
