An Easter Sunrise Service will be held at the Chester Gap Mission April 14 at 5:15 a.m. A group from the High School Choir will sing. Last year the view was most inspirational.
On Palm Sunday, April 7, at the 10 a.m. service at Reynold’s Memorial Baptist Church the Rev. Clyde F. Melton's sermon subject will be “The Christian’s Attitude Toward Death*. Soloist will be Aney Melton. On Maundy Thursday at 8:00 p.m. there will be a candlelight Communion Service and Mr. Melton’s sermon topic “What is Death?" Soloist - Mary Revercomb. Easter Sunday service at 10 a.m. The sermon subject entitled “My Lord, What a Morning!" Guest soloist - Wanda Wilbur.
