S. H. Martin is a patient in Fairfax General Hospital where he underwent surgery Monday.

Mrs. J. L. Walter and Mrs. F. L. Bowey were in Fairfax for the day Monday.

Danny and David Hitt were overnight guests Friday of their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Smith. Guests for dinner Sunday of the Smiths were Rev. and Mrs. John Hodge and -family and Miss Joan Bywaters.

Visiting Mrs. Elsie Oropp at the Nursing home in Fredericksburg on Monday were Mrs. Ethel Cooksey, Mrs. Hugh Riley, Mrs. C. M. M. Green, Mrs. Graham Hackley and Mrs. Charlie Compton.

Wendell Latham, a student at VP I, spent the weekend at his home.

Mr. and Mrs. George Kidwell and family spent Saturday in Falls Church and Washington,D.C.

Beverly Carder of Culpeper spent the weekend with her grandmother, Mrs. A. C. Latham. They were joined for dinner Sunday by Rev. and Mrs. Harold Carder and family and Beverly returned home with them.
