Next week has been officially slated as Clean Up Week in the»Town of Washington by the Council anc Mayor. Unofficially the rest of the county could join in these efforts along with promoting the Virginia Anti-Litter Carr paign now in progress. Frorr the looks of our roadsides, strewn with beer cans, papers, bottles, and trash in general, a little conscientious care could be taken, Weekends are worse for ir addition to our own trash we collect much of the trash oi travelers. However, if wedc a better job ourselves, we may influence those going through our county.
