Mrs. C. E. Johnson, Jr., of Sperryville, Chairman of the Women’s Committee of tfye Rappahannock County Farm Bureau, attended a meeting of the District Women of the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation at the Pelham House in Culpeper on April 10. At this meeting Mr. Earnest Garber, District Field Man for Farm Bureau, explained the provisions of the wheat referendum and urged the women to make every effort to get all eligible people to register and to vote in the referendum.
