Man Fatally
Stabbed Sunday
Earl Frazier, 28, of Amissville was fatally stabbed Sunday evening by Nimrod Wingfield at the Wingfield home in the F reestate near Marshall. According to authorities, a brawl started at the Wingfield home after a day of drinking and Wingfield ordered Frazier off the place. When Frazier refused to leave and created a disturbance, Wingfield stabbed him with a butcher knife. Wingfield is Jn Fauquier County jail charged with murder. He stated that he had acted in self defense.
