On Saturday, August 15, in Phi Beta Kappa Memorial Hall the College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, Virginia conferred a Bachelor of Arts degree upon Mrs. Harvey Schueler, who resides in Northumberland, Penn. Mrs. Schueler’s concentration was in social studies and educatior She has also completedsev eral courses at Bucknell Un: versity. After the graduation exercises, a reception was held for Mrs. Schueler in the home of Dr. and Mrs. Cecil McCully. Dr. McCully is a pre fessor of English at the Co! lege of William and Mary Mrs. Schueler is the former Eleanor Lee Yates, daughter of Lester L. Yates and the late Kathleen Hudson Yates, She graduated from the Sperrj ville High School and taughi one year In Washington Higl School before her marriage, Attending the graduation e> ercises in Williamsburg, were Mr. and Mrs. Lester L, Yates daughters Janet and Lois Yates, of Sperryville.
