Mrs. B. R. Armel and Miss Ginger Sue Estes spent from Saturday until Tuesday in Hampton with Sgt. and Mrs. George E. Terry. The Terrys will leave soon for three years in Manheim, Germany.
Mrs. T.C. Lea, Jr. and two children spent the week-end as guests of her mother Mrs. Thomas D. Howie in Staunton. Cal Lea stayed on for a visit with his grandmother. Dr. and Mrs. John Turner and infant son of Norfolk arrived Sunday at the home of Dr. Turner’s mother Mrs. L. J. Turner. Dr. and Mrs. Turner and Judge and Mrs. T. Carlyle Lea left Wednesday on a vacation trip to Nassau. Lewis John Turner, III remained with his grandmother. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Hayes and five children of Amissville were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Miller at Mt. Prospect. Mr. and Mrs. John Spotz and two children of Johnstown, Pa. were guests from Friday until Wednesday of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Brock. Mr. and Mrs. John Paulson and daughter Lyn were weekend guests of Mrs. Paulson’s parents Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Campbell at Twinland. On Mon day they met their son John Paulson arriving at Dulles Ait port after visiting in Texas the past three weeks and all returned to their home in Newport News.
