Begins Nth Year

On September 9 Roller Business College, Front Royal, opened its doors for its fourteenth consecutive year of instruction in business subjects for students of this and surrounding areas. Among students for the fall session are Elizabeth Ausberry and Mae Dodson, Flint Hill, and Merle Dulaney, Woodville. Returning to the faculty and staff this year are Mrs. Floyd Board, Instructor in Business Mathematics and Accounting for Secretaries; Mrs. E. J. Kerfoot, Instructor in Secretarial Science; and Mr. R. Jean Alford, C.P.A., Winchester, Accounting Instructor. Mrs. Edwin B. Roller, Principal, will instruct classes in Secretarial Science and Mr. Edwin B. Roller will continue in his role as Business Manager and Administrator. The College is introducing this fall a class in Personality, Grooming, and Poise, which will be conducted by Mrs. Kerfoot. Of interest is the number of secondary schools represented by the student body. Included are Warren County High School, John S. Mosby Academy, Criser High School, Strasburg High School, Rappahannock County High School, Prince Edward Academy, James Wood High School, Handley High School, William C. Taylor High School, and Fauquier County High School.
