The month of October is Fund Campaign month for the Fau quier-Rappahannock Red Cross Chapter. Everyone will be given an opportunity to share in the operation of this organization which is dedicated to all who need help. The Red Cross must be prepared not only for great natural disasters that strike without warning but also for possible national emergencies. Therefore, it is imperative that a sound financial condition be maintained to assure continuance of regular programs and to enable the Red Cross to meet any emergency situation with which it might be faced.
