TERMS OF SALE: CASH
10% of the purchase price on the day of sale to be paid by the successful bidder on each parcel, and the balance in cash on or before ten (10) days after the date of the sale, during which time the purchasers wili be allowed to examine title to said real estate. In the event of resale, the 10% deposit paid by the defaulting purchaser shall be retained by the Court as liquidated damages.
