A i lymouth owned by Van drew Daniel Fletcher of Wash ington was side swipedNovem ber 18 by a 60 Rambler sta tion wagon and the operator failed to stop at the scene. Fletcher, sitting in his car, noted the license of the Ramb ler and a check revealed that it belonged to Russell Weakley of Alexandria. Weakley has been charged with hit and run. Trooper W. A. Buntin investigated these two crashes.
