Notice is hereby given that the Virginia Telephone & Telegraph Company has filed with the State Corporation Commission Section 36 of its Goncrnl Exchange Tariff, whereby Rate Groups are established with the right of regrouping when an exchange moves above or below its proper group. Present exchanges will be carried at present rates in the group into which they now fall. There will be an increase in charges when an exchange outgrows its present group nnd is regrouped. Copiesi of the filing may be seen at the State Corporation Commission or at any business office of the Company.
