One cannot speak to the issues of the day without taking a stand with regards to assessment. What makes two houses of comparable fixtures and comparable market \ value so different in tax ! assessment value? What this? Do you say that they are not assessed the same? Then why not open the public records to prove the point?
Why all the fuss? It becomes very difficult to stay behind the desk teaching the principles of government and the rewards of democracy- when both are thwarted. Its a challenge to the old and a stake for the young that we go about the efforts to making this a better world to live in. Accept this challenge and get involved in local affairs.
